Abdi Ardiansyah is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law at Hasanuddin University, Indonesia, specializing in International Law. He serves as a Leadership Council Member for the Asia-Pacific Region at the Youth Democracy Network, where he contributes to initiatives that advance democratic governance, youth participation, and regional cooperation. Abdi has represented Indonesia in international forums and leadership programs, including the Australia Awards Short Course in Brisbane (2022), the United Nations ECOSOC Youth Forum in New York (2023), and the YSEALI Academic Fellowship at Western Washington University (2025). Alongside his international engagements, he is actively involved in social initiatives and policy research focused on public policy, international cooperation, and youth leadership to expand opportunities for young people in marginalized communities across Eastern Indonesia.

Narangarav Enkhtaivan, Nara, is an educator and program manager whose work bridges creativity and civic engagement. She works at the Zorig Foundation, coordinating nationwide programs in youth leadership that strengthen democratic participation and gender equality in Mongolia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies and Policy from Swarthmore College and is the co-founder of Storyboard, a program that engages young people in storytelling, research, and collaborative projects to advance accessibility and democratic participation.

Earlier in her career, Nara interned at the Ministry of Education in Mongolia, contributing to the ministry's external relations and policy initiatives. She went on to join the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where she designed and facilitated arts education tours. Later, she worked on the ECCO-FARM Project with Alinea International, a Global Affairs Canada-funded initiative advancing climate change adaptation and resilience in rural Mongolian communities. She has also spoken internationally, including at the Climate Reality Tour, where she highlighted the role of grassroots youth participation in advancing climate action and civic responsibility.

Across her professional journey, Nara has consistently sought to amplify youth voices and foster inclusive societies where art, education, and policy intersect to advance democracy.

Iryna Volkova is a Ukrainian young political leader, international affairs expert, and International Secretary of Solidarna Molod, the youth organisation of the European Solidarity party in Ukraine. She also serves as Vice-President of European Democrat Students (EDS), one of Europe's largest centre-right student and youth political organisations.

She is the founder of ACCEL Europe - Academy for European Accession & Leadership, a Ukrainian-Swedish initiative implemented in partnership with MUF Sweden and the Swedish Institute that prepares young professionals for Ukraine's future membership in the European Union through leadership and educational programmes in Kyiv, Stockholm, and Brussels.

Iryna is also the founder and organiser of the International Political Camp - a unique platform connecting young political leaders from Ukraine and across Europe. Organised by Solidarna Molod in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Robert Schuman Institute (RSI), European Democrat Students (EDS), and the International Young Democrat Union (IYDU), the annual camp brings together 250 participants to strengthen international cooperation, exchange best practices, and discuss European integration, security and defence, democratic resilience, and Ukraine's role in shaping Europe's future security architecture.

She regularly speaks and moderates at international conferences, forums, and leadership programmes, and trains young people on European integration, Ukraine's EU accession process, and democratic leadership.

Throughout her career, Iryna has organised and coordinated numerous international conferences, study visits, and educational programmes in cooperation with European political foundations, members of parliament, government officials, diplomats, NATO representatives, and civil society organisations. She represents Ukrainian youth and democratic values within European political networks, promoting Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

She holds a Master's degree in Linguistics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and speaks Ukrainian, English, Swedish, and German.

Cristian Iftodii is a public policy professional and democracy advocate from the Republic of Moldova. He has served in the Moldovan Government and played key roles in national election campaigns, advancing democratic governance and public sector reform. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford as a Blavatnik School Public Service Scholar.

Bwambale Asiimwe Michael is a Pan-African human rights lawyer and transitional justice expert. He works with young leaders across Africa to strengthen democratic institutions and expand meaningful civic participation.

Mr. Bwambale serves as the Focal Point for Research and Knowledge Management at the African Union Youth for Transitional Justice (AY4TJ) Platform. He is also the Co-Founder of Poli-Wise, a regional civic initiative that promotes positive democratic habits and counters anti-democratic narratives through evidence-based, youth-centered messaging. In addition, he is a Technical Advisor at the Winnie Kiiza Foundation, where he supports programs on women's political leadership and civic participation.

Previously, he worked as a Legal Officer at the Refugee Law Project-School of Law, Makerere University. He has also contributed to democracy, governance, and human rights through research, policy, and advocacy with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Uganda, Vanguard Africa, Democracy in Africa, and the Review of Democracy Journal at Central European University (CEU).

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Uganda Christian University (UCU).

Mairo Ibrahim is the Founder and Executive Director of Tunani Initiative. She is a policy advisor and lawyer advancing human rights and democratic participation in Nigeria. With over eight years of experience as a researcher and programme manager in the judiciary and development sectors, she holds law degrees from Ahmadu Bello University (Zaria) and the Nigerian Law School (Bwari), as well as a Master's in Development Studies. Her research has been published in the Journal of Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development (JAISD) and presented at national and regional conferences, including the Policy Innovation Centre's Gender and Inclusion Summit (2024) and the 2nd Regional Conference on the Administration of Criminal Justice (2024). Mairo enjoys reading and engaging with diverse perspectives.

David Aragort is a Venezuelan digital rights advocate with over seven years of experience helping journalists, activists, and human rights defenders work safely under surveillance and repression. He now works as an independent digital security consultant serving civil society organizations in the region and is the founder of Ateneo Abierto, an initiative building digital and knowledge infrastructure for Venezuelan civil society.

Ayodele Modpue Roache is a Guyanese leader, democracy advocate, governance professional, and community organizer dedicated to advancing youth leadership, democratic participation, and accountable public service. She is recognized for her commitment to empowering young people, promoting transparent governance, and creating opportunities for meaningful civic engagement at the local, national, and international levels.

Ayodele currently serves as the Latin America and the Caribbean Representative on the Youth Democracy Network (YDN) Global Council, where she works alongside young leaders from around the world to strengthen democratic institutions, encourage youth participation in governance, and foster regional collaboration across Latin America and the Caribbean.

She previously served as a Councillor on the Georgetown Mayor and City Council (GM&CC), making history as the youngest person ever elected to serve on the Council. During her tenure, she championed youth inclusion, community development, and greater civic engagement while advocating for policies that reflected the needs and aspirations of Georgetown's residents.

In addition to her public service, Ayodele has professional experience in the construction and project management sector, where she has overseen operations, coordinated teams, and contributed to infrastructure development. Her leadership in both the public and private sectors has equipped her with a practical understanding of governance, organizational management, and sustainable development.

A passionate advocate for accountability and democratic values, Ayodele believes that effective leadership is rooted in integrity, service, and the courage to inspire positive change. She continues to work with civil society organizations, youth networks, and community stakeholders to promote good governance, strengthen democratic institutions, and encourage active citizen participation.
